JURISDICTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Both parties in this Disclaimer and Terms of Use Agreement hereby agree that the arbitrator(s) may not consolidate more than one person’s and/or entity’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding for all parties.
